Farm Trailers & Transport

01

Load type

Choose the body or tank for loose crops, secured equipment, bales or water.

02

Unloading method

Compare tipping, grain unloading and pump distribution rather than assuming all trailers tip.

03

Loaded mass

Include trailer weight, payload and load distribution when assessing towing limits.

04

Route and connections

Check terrain, brakes, hitch and any tipping or unloading drive required for the selected trailer.

Installation requirements

Confirm the trailer suits your tractor and load

Selection questions

Questions before choosing a tool

Can payload alone establish trailer suitability?

No. Consider unladen mass, axle ratings, load distribution, hitch and braking connections, and the tractor’s towing limits.

Does every farm trailer require a tipping hydraulic connection?

No. A flatbed may have no powered unloading function. Tipping bodies, grain unloading systems and water pumps have different connection requirements.

Does machine power or weight alone establish a fit?

No. Check the mounting connection, lifting limits and the power or hydraulic supply specified for the selected tool.

What should I provide when comparing product types?

Describe the material, required result and working dimensions. Include the machine model and the connection information listed above.
