Hydraulic crushing rods
Hydraulic cylinders press crushing rods into the pile-head concrete to break it away from the reinforcement.

A hydraulically operated attachment for removing concrete pile heads. Circular modular and square-pile arrangements position crushing rods around the pile; select the layout for pile shape, dimensions and reinforcement.

Hydraulic cylinders press crushing rods into the pile-head concrete to break it away from the reinforcement.
Circular systems combine modules around the pile. Module count changes the diameter range, total weight and carrier requirement.
Square-pile models have their own working range and cylinder arrangement; they must not be selected from the circular-pile module table.

Choose the pile shape and module configuration first. The circular-pile configuration table and square-pile table have different carrier and total-weight requirements. Listed production rates depend on pile dimensions, reinforcement, concrete strength and site conditions.

Before ordering, send the machine identification and the connection, power and working information relevant to this product.
Provide pile shape, diameter or side dimensions, concrete strength, cut-off level and reinforcement layout.
Compare the selected module count, complete assembly weight, lifting connection and actual excavator lifting chart.
Confirm system supply, pressure, total flow and manifold connection; a per-cylinder flow figure is not the complete system requirement.
Check access around the pile, chain or mounting clearance and the specified crushing height for each operation.
No. A pile breaker removes pile-head concrete. A vibratory pile driver installs or extracts suitable piles by vibration.
No. Select the pile shape and the corresponding configuration table. Circular module counts and square-pile model limits are listed separately.
Adding modules changes the working diameter and complete assembly weight. Use the row for the intended module count and verify the excavator’s actual lifting capacity.
No. Review the complete cylinder and manifold arrangement. Confirm total system flow with the hydraulic configuration rather than treating one cylinder’s figure as the whole attachment demand.
Yes. Pile dimensions, concrete strength, reinforcement and site access affect output. Assess these conditions before estimating pile-breaking output.
