About the box-type hydraulic breaker

A hydraulic breaker with an enclosed housing for rock and concrete breaking. The box-style enclosure protects the breaker body; review local noise requirements and the required machine configuration.

Features & benefits

01

Enclosed housing

The closed bracket shields the main hammer body from direct contact with broken rock.

02

Internal impact damping

A damper between the body and bracket supports the hammer and reduces transmitted impact and operating noise.

03

Changeable top mounting

The described replaceable top head allows the bracket connection to be matched to the selected excavator.

Typical applications

Excavator using an enclosed hydraulic breaker on a rocky face
Rock breaking with an enclosed hydraulic hammer
  • Rock and quarry workBreak accessible rock and weathered stone within the hammer and carrier limits.
  • Road and bridge removalBreak suitable concrete and pavement during road or bridge dismantling.
  • Building demolitionUse the enclosed hammer for concrete breaking where body protection and noise reduction are useful.
Model specifications

Match the breaker to your excavator.

Compare machine weight, hydraulic flow and pressure together. Hammer weight differs between side, top and box configurations.

Pressure unit: kgf/cm². This table retains its original numerical values. Pressure is not shown in bar.

Product questions

Box-type hydraulic breaker questions

Is excavator weight enough to select a breaker?

No. Compare oil flow, pressure, return requirements, mounting and attachment mass with the selected model.

What should I compare when choosing a box-type breaker?

Compare the bracket or housing dimensions, mounting connection and available working clearance for the intended breaking task.

How is the working tool selected?

Choose the specified point or chisel for the material and work. Rock breaking and concrete demolition can require different working tools.

Does it need a dedicated hydraulic check?

Yes. Confirm the hammer circuit, pressure, flow and return arrangement against the installation instructions. Do not infer suitability from pin fit alone.
