About the concrete cutter

A hydraulic demolition cutter for breaking reinforced concrete sections and cutting exposed reinforcing steel. Compare jaw dimensions and crushing forces at the tip and centre for the material and carrier.

Features & benefits

01

Concrete demolition jaws

Hydraulic jaws break accessible reinforced-concrete sections during dismantling.

02

Integrated reinforcement cutting

The blade section cuts suitable exposed reinforcing steel after concrete has been reduced.

03

Wear-resistant structure

Wear-resistant steel forms the demolition jaw structure.

Typical applications

Concrete demolition with an excavator-mounted concrete cutter
Concrete demolition with an excavator-mounted concrete cutter
  • Reinforced concrete demolitionBreak suitable reinforced concrete sections during demolition.
  • Concrete section reductionReduce concrete beams and other accessible sections.
  • Rebar separationExpose and separate reinforcing steel while processing concrete.

Available options

Powered rotation
The manufacturer offers a powered rotation configuration for positioning the jaw. It requires a separate hydraulic check.

Product questions

Concrete cutter questions

Is this a disc saw?

No. This product uses hydraulic demolition jaws for reinforced concrete. A rock or concrete saw has a different cutting mechanism.

What concrete dimensions and reinforcement details should I provide?

Provide the section dimensions, reinforcement arrangement and available working access. Compare these with the specified jaw and blade geometry.

How does it differ from a secondary pulveriser?

A demolition jaw works on suitable concrete sections; a secondary pulveriser is primarily used to reduce debris and separate reinforcement. Select by the actual work stage.

What hydraulic information is needed?

Compare flow, pressure, return and controls for jaw operation and any specified rotation function.
