Product & applications

About the multi-purpose demolition processor

A rotating, twin-cylinder demolition attachment with interchangeable jaw arrangements for concrete breaking, separation and cutting suitable metal sections.

Features & benefits

01

Interchangeable jaw arrangements

Different jaw structures adapt the body to concrete demolition, separation or metal cutting.

02

Twin-cylinder actuation

Two hydraulic cylinders operate the jaw assembly for demolition and cutting.

03

Wide jaw opening

The opening range accommodates sections within the selected model’s stated dimensions.

04

High-toughness cutting blades

High-toughness, high-strength steel forms the cutting blades.

05

Side guards

Side protection shields the internal hydraulic lines from contact with debris.

06

Cylinder-rod protection

Protective covers shield the cylinder rod and nearby hydraulic lines.

Typical applications

  • Concrete demolitionBreak suitable building sections using the appropriate demolition jaws.
  • Metal cuttingUse the corresponding cutting jaws for suitable reinforcement and metal sections.
  • Material separationSeparate demolition material using the jaw arrangement suited to the task.

  1. Excavator and lifting geometry

Use the selected model’s excavator range and 1000–5000 kg weight; check lifting capacity at the intended reach.

  2. Mounting connection

Provide pin diameters, pin centres, clear mounting width and any quick-coupler details.

  3. Hydraulic actuation and rotation

Compare the model-specific 260–320 bar pressure. Provide available flow and rotation circuit details; this specification table does not give oil flow.

  4. Jaw and material

Identify the required jaw arrangement, material and section dimensions before choosing an opening size.

Product questions

Multi-purpose demolition processor questions

How is it different from a fixed pulverizer?

This body accepts different jaw arrangements. A fixed pulverizer is intended primarily for reducing accessible concrete debris and separating reinforcement.

Can every jaw perform the same work?

No. Match the jaw to concrete breaking, separation or metal cutting; the body alone does not define the cutting capability.

Does the table state hydraulic oil flow?

No. It gives operating pressure, attachment weight, opening and excavator class. Oil flow and rotation requirements must be checked for the selected assembly.

What should I include when requesting a configuration?

Send the machine model, mounting information, material and section dimensions, required jaw arrangement and available hydraulic supply.
